FFmpeg is a free software project that produces libraries and programs for handling multimedia data.

FFmpeg is "All-in-One" program. You can convert media files from MP4 to MKV, add watermarks, rotate video, etc.. You can stream to any site via RTMP. Even stream .m3u8 file and much more.
