Almost 7 years since I became a member of this site. I've seen alot, and much has changed. I don't interact much primarily because I'm busy and I prefer to read.

Don't worry this won't be long I chopped it down for brevity. The last time I wrote anything here was right before I left for the Philippines. Smart move. https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/o...n-the-philippines.332002/page-17#post-5360299

Almost 4 years later life is better than ever, in part due to the thread above which brings me to my big forum question. Do people on BHW discuss BHW casually to random online marketers interested in making money? Or do most people here keep BHW like a secret where you simply don't mention it for fear of being viewed negatively by others in the IM industry?

I realize that many people here probably work solo or may have limited touch with offline operations, but for those who deal with people in both the offline and online world, do you keep BHW under your hat or not?

Curious about your experience, since I had a weird Coffee shop experience today and I've been out of the loop here for so long, and I'm not sure what's cool or not regarding this forum today.

Curious

Really don't understand why someone should keep it secret.

>If more people enter the forum the forum becomes better.
>Better forum = Profit for everyone here.

I referred a LOT of peoples to BHW but never said I'm a member here but I always close my tabs when some of my local buddy who's also into IM visits me. Yet to find the reason behind it.

People don't want to be seen as blackhat marketers when they work in a white hat environment.

Many people here are self employed and therefore do not interact with many IMers in real life.

Is it because the theme colors kinda make it look like phub from a distance?

I usually wake up at phub and offer my prayers to Mia Khalifa before starting my work day but most of my buddies don't know that phub exists. They're all onto xvid, busy filling up the watchmeoncam forms that were posted by me yesterday.

The other reason not to share, is to make money re-selling services.
If a close friend asks where they can get x at then I will share BHW, if a clown asks then I will make a decision as to whether it is worth my time selling them the service.

I think creating an offline service for your input is crucial as you can keep the customers for life. Just as you can work on accumulating customer contacts online whole growing revenue.

This seems odd. If you're referring a LOT of people here I presume these are friends of yours or people that you interact with on some direct level correct? Wouldn't it be natural for them to think that you are a member here since you are referring them, and maybe want to link or connect with you here?

As far as closing your tabs when another IM visits you; there's a reason for that reflex. Essentially, that's what I'm trying to better understand and I imagine based on what I've read here so far the reason is different depending on the person. I think the most common reason would be not wanting to appear to be a black hat marketer in a white hat environment. I get it, but for me that's odd thinking given the aggressive nature of successful business these days in any sector. Perhaps I've been surrounded by sharks all of my business life and I'm on a different frequency.

As one quick and clear example. Do people NOT understand that Facebook which is among the top businesses in the world was spawned with SPAM aka a definitive Black Hat action?

I keep it to myself.
Reason why i don't share? It took me many years to find a forum like this so i believe i have earned this why should i tell others when no one told me about this, they need to put some effort as well otherwise half effort is not going to take them beyond wf. This is goldmine for me and i don't like to share that's how we humans are, everyone needs to earn.

I did linked BHW from Warrior Forum sometimes, but then the WF moderator deleted my posts. So, my effort is futile. It is not because I was spamming, it's just linking to competitor's forum is not allowed from another forum.

The peoples I referred were not my offline friends but my online clients and acquaintances who can't be seen as a competitor threatening your source of income.

I put some time analysing why I'm closing the tabs and it looks like I found the reason.

I used to make a lot of money in my late teenage and early 20's in multiple offline ventures. You simply won't believe how much profit I'm making for that age. Also, I used to develop and run several offline ventures for my friends and expect nothing in return. No profit share nothing. The friends I partnered with are that GOOD - I stupidly believed at that time. My ex's father who is also a great friend of mine repeatedly told one MANTRA to me which I failed to understand/envisage.

This is what he said - Never ever do something for FREE that you're very good at. I was seen as a successful business person at such young age who's spending his precious time on developing other people's businesses for zero profit share. After some time, almost all the buddies whom I helped had failed at their business after me leaving them to take care of my own businesses. And that's when I realised they're not as good friends as I believed and they're just sucking out my blood for their own benefits.

And then my last straw was a few years ago when I shared my super successful but completely untapped IM strategy with an IM buddy whom I know for not too long. He turned out to be evil and wiped me off the charts. I put a lot of time and money into learning/testing/finding that strategy. The thing is I never really wanted to SpoonFeed him but shared the stuff and it's formula during a casual talk. Never really seen him as a threat as he's onto another niche and doesn't have a clue about what I'm into. Turned out, he partnered with someone who's into my niche and took all my businesses and profit. A few of my other offline buddies are also into IM and comes to me asking for help every now and then but I don't SpoonFeed them as much as I do here.

Now that might be the reason for my reflex but I have no problem helping/guiding peoples who are already in BHW.
