If just a few then buy some PV Google accounts with proxies then submit directly.

If you are looking to index your backlinks then blast some contextual with gsa serach engine ranker. It's much help to get indexed your links. I have tried lot of indexers and none of work and you will see very low index. Save it for a later project.

most of them you pay for work good.

you can index the website via adding to Google webmaster tool then afther add it to your sig on a forum then write a blog add it on that blog then ping the link ...

All those that submit directly to google will cost money because of proxies and captchas.
