Just released last week, claim top 10 place in terms of capital. It is based on Japanese and it will be official lunch on October 14 in Japan. Current price hovering around 2 cents. right now only trading on Bittrex. already market cap close to 700 million. They have strong dev team, and already posted 2 years roadmap on their site.

There is some controversy behind it, tl;dr version is that the founder scammed Japanese investors, and simply refuses to give them their cut. This could be gossip, but most ICOs are already a scammy business, you don't need scammy rumors on top of that.
