Its good that you don't use blackhat methods but India is planning to stop transfer of foreign funds except valid freelancers(Which does not include CPA) under FEMA act. Thts y almost every bank is stopping VISA Debit cards and providing Rupay(Which don't have international transfer) and informinh customers to Apply for VISA cards with valid reason. I know its stupid but its India.

I read about FEMA act on Wikipedia. It doesn't seem like they are going to ban international transactions. And now that PayPal has registered company in India that is PayPal India PVT. LTD. I don't think government would ban legal transactions. They may ban payouts from Adult cpa networks like Chaturbate. They won't ban any international transactions. In fact most of the debit & credit cards now come with EMV chip and they are either Visa or mastercard. State bank of india sent my mother a new mastercard with an emv chip. Before that, paypal wasn't accepting that card but with emv chip on it, it accepts sbi debit cards too. And even banks benefit from international transaction as they charge a fee of 3.5%.

Indian government is not stupid to do such thing.

the problem is it cost to start anything know with internet marketing to get serious money.

so unless you got a Thu bob going to be very hard earning anything.
