It sounds like your lack of engagement is due to your use of very slow settings on Instagress?

mmm no, I mean, back in the days just after posting I would receive like 100-200 likes in the first 10-20 min. Now I get these results in like 1h. Less likes = less impressions, I haven't change my content so much. I don't know if I am being too paranoid, but it's happening in my last 8 posts. Stories are getting the same views tho. I am still using a like booster iPhone app (25 likes per post), but I think that is a small quantity to even be notified or something. IDK I am getting crazy :/

Have you noticed a corresponding drop in the # of followers you're gaining?

Do the 25 liking accounts change for every post?

- Nope, same followers, only liking now (I used to follow/unfollow I stopped doing that)

- Yes, that 25 likes are different every time, from all the users using that app (you know, you like some pictures and you gain coins, with these coins you buy others likes etc, they were a bunch of app like these, there are not now officially in the App Store anymore btw)

- Only liking from targeted small users.

I would start to try split testing variables like the like app, try to turn it off for a week and observe your engagement. Then you could test engagement by interacting (follow/like/comment) targeted users the next week. So on and so forth.

Don't stress yourself over small bumps in the road. Keep a cool and even head and things will workout.

I've never heard of the trust score before. But I do believe it will take some time (a few weeks) for engagement to recover. Just keep doing what you were doing before the disable and things should be back to normal with some patience.
