I am fedup with white hat seo and not worth for what i spent . This is what i switched to black hat and automated link building strategies. (This is why i am here) and seems black hat much worth than white hat.
Even white hat risky. Some of my sites after following exactly webmasters theres nothing. With blackhat i got 70% chance.

My main source of traffic and SEO is legit guest posts, skyscraper technique and social.

Churn and burn is long dead. Building authority over time would definitely yield better results. Hijacking authority and redirecting those back to your site also works ;-)
Local SEO is rocking, and local business page on Google is powerful.

The best action plan in SEO I am planning to implement in this 2018 is to produce quality content to users because users would visit the website and would have rich user experience if the site consists of valuable information and bounce rate would be low. Just picked up some great EDITORIAL FEATURE links on Fast Company, Business Insider, Forbes, Techcrunch, Mashable , these are not cheap but are great value if you appreciate these aren't crappy links being sold by the chumps on Fiverr etc.
