Hello everyone,
First I'd like to congratulate the people who share knowledge on BHW. There is plenty of valuable information that can be found here or asked for. So again, credits go to everyone that allocates time to pass on information for which they spent time to learn it in the first place.
Never be afraid of passing on information to people that are willing to learn. Information is like the ignition key to a car, you can start it, but in order to get anywhere you need fuel and the fuel is the hard work you put in afterwards.
BHW is a great place to earn admiration and get / offer help. Like almost everything else it respects the 80/20 principle. About 80% of valuable info is found in 20% of the posts while the other 80% posts are waiting to be spoon feed.
I want to ask those who post here, to avoid doing two things, because they are really annoying for the ones reading them :
That should be it ... for now
Have a great day people and fingers crossed for whatever your goal is

I've joined BHW back in April and since than I've been in read-only mode. I come here occasionally (let's say on a weekly basis) and look over the forums to see what's new. Recently I've decided I'll post a journey thread but, before that, the first post should be a greeting one. First I'd like to congratulate the people who share knowledge on BHW. There is plenty of valuable information that can be found here or asked for. I want to ask those who post here, to avoid doing two things, because they are really annoying for the ones reading them :
- Asking directly and briefly how to make fast cash (earn X per day, per month, per life). This is an evergreen topic in Making Money : People asking in one line for solutions to earn money, or invest their money for a quick return. They don't care of the method, anything will do ... that won't require manual labor. Money should and will come as a consequence to some value that you are providing. Better think of several things you like and ask how to get better in those areas and later on how to monetise them. Ok, there are a few cases when you are stranded and really need a certain amount of cash to help you out, well, in that case at least explain it broadly and earn peoples pity or sympathy. Otherwise why would others spend tens of minutes or hours explaining you how to construct something rewarding when you didn't even spend 20 seconds posting the question.
- If you start a Journey thread then FINISH IT NO MATTER WHAT THE OUTCOME IS. There is nothing more annoying than reading 10-20 pages from a journey only to find out the author left it hanging (this is the reason why I read the journeys backwards). Ok, most of those who start it don't reach the desired outcome, but post it there nevertheless. The road to success is by avoiding to do mistakes. So, if you've done a mistake please think of all the others that supported you in your journey and were by your side and LET THEM KNOW why it went south.
That should be it ... for now
Have a great day people and fingers crossed for whatever your goal is
