You're telling me you made 100 ad accounts with a single profile and a single vcc?

1 profile can made 2 business manager. and 1 business manager can create 100 ad account by my code. just 1 vcc can add on payment of 10 BM.

Here I found somebodies threads... what are they talking about?? Can anyone clarify plz?

The best way is to try it on an account. At the most it will not get added. If a card does not get added, that alone will not get an account suspended. The account will hold good till you add a card successfully.
Example, I had some 5 different cards to try (different BINs), I tried all in the same (newly created) account, 1 by 1 in one sitting, none of them got added and then finally I used my usual card and it got added : account did not "suffer", as I then used the account till it's billing threshold, successfully.
So , the best thing always to do, is try it.
Remember, different people will have different results, it depends on a lot : region, billing currency, etc.
Trial and error is the best way to learn.

If you have such gift cards, why not just try them? Worst case scenario: they will get denied.

It's a public forum, no-one in their right mind will tell you the exact VCC types, which work.
