Forums per country?

Hi

I think it would be an excellent idea to set up a "country section" on BHW.

The rules and financial return on investements can be very diffierent for each country, and I think that a major problem for all people here is to know if a method working for a country X can work for a country Y.

Your thoughts?

This an international forum, it works so why change and complicate it. So you want one section for India, USA, UK etc, then hundreds of sub sections with thousands of threads. Members would have to post the same same sales thread in each country.

Not workable sorry, you'll be asking for all different languages to be allowed too.

Good comment. Ok, all countries (one forum per subsection which would be continents). There are only 195 countries.

By the way, offering a sub-sub-section of a forum for each country and/or language would be terrific for a SEO purpose, no? And I really think it will fit a strong request as many people are just happy when they randomly meet someone of the same nationality (many messages on this, in each thread... "I am also from Italy, let's do a JV!".

We would need Mods that understood the different languages... I don't see that as viable.

The other thing that comes to mind is that this idea is a petri dish for political discussions and that is not how BHW rolls.

Yes, valid points. Ok guys. I was just very frustrated to have to "follow" people of my nationality, or to have to perform searches on a regular basis with my country in the title of posts, and initially, I found this idea good, but you raised valid points.

Maybe this is something to think about, to let people knows what happens in their area and to exchange freely, without overloading mods.
