Sorry guys, we are not accepting new orders at the moment. We underestimated the amount of orders in the beginning of September and our authors have a huge queue right now. Delayed orders will be refunded in the next 48 hours.

Waited until after the exceeded the 2 week TOT to refund me. I wasted 2 weeks waiting for them.. This cost me time which was more valuable than the petty refund. I have delayed campaigns and SEO waiting for their reply.

Also customer service is terrible. Very hard to get a hold of and very rude and egotistical and when you do get ahold of him he has this sense of entitelment.

I can't stand providers like this. Who act like its an honor for them to take your hard earned money and provide the service and they see fit

I came into our deal with very clear details and outlines. He agreed to my terns and even sent a great PM on BHW with samples but once he got my money this all changed. Even before paying I requested to speak on Skype which took over a week. I WANTED TO CONFIRM THAT HE COULD INDEED MEET MY REQUIREMENTS!! He assured me he could but even then I wanted to make sure and I repeated back my requests and told him I didn't want to wait 14 days and run into a problem or be delivered a site that is not what we discussed

Well guess what happened!! 14 days came and went. When I reached out he said my site was almost done. I checked and it was only the hosting landing page. When I relayed this he said it was my cache and I should clear it LMFAO! I proceeded to do so and replied to him via Skype as to me seeing the same landing.

No reply of course until two days later, where he blames the problem on the hosting and has a basic Wordpress theme up with some pictures. Thats it. over 2 weeks and just some pictures.

Not to mention the site wasn't mobile compatible as he claimed. According to google it was but the images he uploaded were all cut off and you couldn't even see the product. When I asked him to adjust the product pictures so they can be view on mobile he refused and said he could not do it.

THEN GOES SILENT!!!!

3 days later I then get an email even though he has my Skype stating that he can't complete my project due to not being able to adjust the pictures and that he is running behind and won't be able to make my cutoff.

By this point my TOT has been exceeded and not getting a site that promises his "amazon" glam would be more of an issue than getting a site in which I have to make some slight adjustments.

So I reply to his email stating I will fix the images (easy enough for anyone who knows basic code and Wordpress) and that the time delay didn't matter just FINISH MY SITE to the specs requested.

NO REPLY FROM HIM AND HE REFUNDS REGARDLESS OF MY REQUEST TO CONTINUE REGARDLESS OF HIS TARDINESS AND REFUSAL TO DO THE BASIC OF EDITS ON AN INCOMPLETED PAGE.

Terrible provider. ALL THE PAGES OF HIS ON THIS THREAD ARE OF SAMPLE REQUESTS. No solid reviews. I am both a buyer and provider of services and have been since 2008. Its disappointing that someone will gladly take your money only to waste your time is allowed to continue to peddle their "services" and feel their is no recourse to bad business practices and poor customer support!!

Thank you for posting your feedback. TAT for the basic package is ~14-17 business days. Two weeks later after placing the order, the customer received the first version of the website design. As stated in the service description we used a premium theme (top seller on ThemeForest with 5 star ratings) that had perfect mobile optimization. The customer said that the website is not mobile optimized. After I tried to explain that the website has perfect mobile optimization and send a link to google mobile-friendly test (https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly) that showed that the website has perfect mobile optimization, the customer turned to rudeness, said that "he is not some rookie kid" and concluded that although the google mobile-friendly test says that the website is mobile optimized, it is not mobile optimized...

The customer did not like the way how wordpress resized and cropped images. I tried to explain that this is the way how mobile optimization works and that images are resized and cropped automatically to fit in the mobile phone but it did not help. The explanation was made in a polite manner with sending the link to official google mobile-friendly test as a proof.

Since the customer was disappointed with the website and we could not fix the way how the theme resized images to make website mobile-friendly, the decision was made to refund the payment with apologizes for not being able to meet his requirements. The same email contained information about the exact time when the refund will be processed (1 hour).

We indeed delayed the delivery of the first version of the website and really apologize for that. Last month we stopped accepting new orders due to high amount of work in queue and had to refund several orders that we failed to deliver on time. All information and notifications were posted in our thread.

Hello, it depends on the package that you choose. You can choose either packages with or without hosting.

I have just received my website and have to admit that I am really satisfied with it. The website has perfect design with nice custom logo. I asked to add a slogan in the bottom of the logo and sergey007 did that without any problems.

Keywords have low KC score and about 4 keywords are already ranked in top 50 without any backlinks. Content is well written and has good structure with subheadings, images and bullet points.

Sergey007 was very polite and answered in 24 hours. Overall, I would recommend this service. 10/10
