And engagement is on each post, not combined! My accs have a niche and decent engagement per post! :)

I was wondering if you are open to growing an already established account based on the niche it is in. It's the instagram account of a publicist who also does product reviews with a blogger type feel centered around womens fashion, food, tech and being a mom.
If so, what would the cost be to grow this to say, 10k followers? 15k followers? 20k followers? and what would be the time frames you would estimate it would take to do this?
The account presently sits at just over 2,000 completely organic followers. No marketing, fake followers or bots have been used at all. Only recently I had them start a bit of the follow/like/unfollow 3 days later method which gained them about 40 followers in 24 hours beyond their normal organic growth but they are looking to get to 10k followers organically with about a 9-11% interaction rate as soon as possible for some monetization purposes in the publicity industry.

I'd be willing to supply whatever details are needed and thank you for any response in advance.
