Don't think twice, dun second guess, do it now! One suggestion on blackhat, make it reasonable and sound legit, this is what most of the companies doing right now, selling fake hope, like most of the weight loss product on the market. Are they illegel? Nope.

Sure, fake giveaways are cheating, but that's what most of BHW members who are into CPA marketing are doing. Free iphones, free coins, free whatever... and of course fake OGAds landing page. I wouldn't say it's illegal, but unethical, yes.

It's fraud, thus it's illegal. It's really not a matter of personal opinion.
Anyways, I'm not saying I'm against it nor that one would face consequences doing it; hell, swim has been doing it for the last 7 years. However, that doesn't change the fact that it is fraud by definition.

Dude, it depends whether its legal or not based on how you word it. Just like everything in law. If you say '' Fill out form here to win an IPhone 7 that is fraud and deception'', However if you change that wording to '' fill out form here for a CHANCE to win IPhone 7" it becomes unethical, but not illegal. A chance can be anything from 0 percent to 100 percent, with 0 more than likely being the percent your giving them. I think it's better that way anyway because you don't have everyone who fills out your offer waiting for their IPhone in the mail. Kind of like with the lottery, a lot of us buy tickets, but we don't all get pissed when we don't when because we have a very small '' chance '' hopefully this is what you were looking for.
