If you're planning on jumping into our world, you must first understand that one of the easiest ways to make money online is by gaming those that are eager to make money online. Yes, there are certain people that will offer to be a mentor, but unless someone personally knows you, they're likely just trying to squeeze a few dollars from your wallet, while caring about your success about as much as laundromats care about socks. Don't buy into it. Because you made such a thread, you will undoubtedly receive a plethora of PMs by <SEO Guru-[X]> and <SMM Guru-[Y]>. These people will clog your inbox with all these flashy new methods that will allow you to accomplish amazing things that likely won't even work. And then guess what? The crap they throw at you, won't even be for free.
If you've got $5,000 to invest, then that's awesome! However, as I said, keep your money.
There's plenty of quality information floating about the forums, that will offer you a quite large variety of paths to examine. Internet Marketing, in it's most basic form, requires a targeted audience, an offer, and a way earn from combining the two. That's really all there is to it. Before you go blowing your money, start learning. See what all you can accomplish for free. By the time you've got a grasp on this, you should by then have a better understanding of the direction(s) in which your investment(s) should occur.
