I am working on event blogging but my posts are not ranked. What are the best ways to get our post ranked??

You need to give power to your site by doing SEO work on it including backlinking. If you link to your homepage and make it stronger, than your posts will rank more easily as they will benefit from the overall strength of your site.

Otherwise, I also use GSA indexer on full submission mode, and based on my user experience, it does get a particular link indexed in 24 hours as well.
You can also try building more links to those post, or getting some social signals in the process as well.

so if its engaging then it will index instantly and if not then it wont? + these indexing sites are usually very bad

and i wouldnt say gsa links index in 24h LOL they almost never index (on their own)
