2 days ago I saw an advertisement on Facebook about a free prepaid card. I went there and ordered it. Today I got an email from Vaibuy saying that my card is on its way and that I must pay 90€ for fees. They also said that if I change my mind within 14 days I can send them an email and pay absolutely nothing. So did I but then I went outside and I saw that the ViaBuy card had arrived. I am scared right now, will I need to pay anything? I live in Munich and I don't know the laws. Please help me.

Stop being a lil pus
and just email them that you want to cancel the card and dont want to pay 90€ fee and that is it. What are they gonna do? Basically the card isn't free (clearly says 28 per month) its just you pay those 90€ upfront and then you have it for 3 years.

It`s commonly known that any product can be shipped back in the same condition as it was received within 14 days. Just get them on the phone and ask them where to send their sh!tty card, send it and relax.
Don't think this gonna work on this company. Some people tried it and ended up paying 140€ because of the crappy terms and conditions of this damn company. ViaBuy replied before and they sent me the same message they sent today morning. Welcome to ViaBuy and things like that they didn't reply to my email. I sent them the email again and I am waiting for a reply.
Also another issue is that I opened the package. Can I still send it to them?

Terms and conditions on their website clearly state that fees will be non refundable AFTER 14 days.
As you are well within the 14 days you have every right to cancel any contract with them and return the card.
Just ensure you have verifiable proof that you have written and cancelled the sale. It makes no difference whatsoever if you have opened the package, you don't even need to return it in the original packaging.

Gheghe viabuy fucking sucks, in order to use that card you indeed have to upload 90e first.
I got prepaid cards from Skrill, payoneer and first choice pay and they cost nothing to receive them and only $10 a year

Could you just not 'return' it when it was being delivered to you? Best would be to tell them you never applied for it and take it back or you will report them to authorities. It should work
