Doesn't make the slightest bit of difference. Their terms clearly you have 14 days before you are held liable to pay for the card.
Just return it via a trackable service that requires a signature and you have all the proof you need.

Include a letter that clearly states that you no longer require their services.

Also they can't prove someone else didn t request it in your name, it s internet

Just send it back via recorded/registered/signed for delivery with a letter stating that under the terms of the agreement you wish to cancel as you are within the 14 day cooling off period.
