All traffic sources where fraud happened ( no network can be 100% protected from fraud ) they have all issued a refund without any question , and they are : AppThis , LeadBolt , StartApp , PopAds , Propeller Ads , these are people who know how to do business !

There is nothing here to explain that I didn't already explain. Here is a quick recap for anyone who is curious:

1. We sent him traffic for a year - no complaints. In this instance, his client (his advertiser) stole money from him. He wants us to now take the money from our publishers.

2. We block proxies, VPN, and duplicate IPs - anything that could be possible fraud. Any publisher that provides us bot-type of traffic on our CPC campaigns will be banned on our network EVEN THOUGH their clicks will never be counted as they will be blocked before the advertiser is charged. If you see accounts that get banned, this is mainly because they were TRYING to fraud our CPC system and failed.

3. It's only $50 to test with our network, and only a $10 minimum per campaign. If you don't like the quality for whatever reason, we'll refund you the unused $40.

4. We have a no reversal policy for any advertiser who wants to claim "quality" for the reason. If we allowed this, we'd be giving out our publisher's traffic for free to anyone who wanted to make such a claim that could never be substantiated. That's why testing is very important and we could not stress this more. Our no reversal policy highlights this.

5. The no reversal policy is stated in our terms, in our FAQ, and in all three guides. If he had proxy traffic, duplicate IPs, or anything of the sort - YES we would refund him, but this isn't the case, and we block it in every instance unless specifically requested on CPA/CPI campaigns. His client simply refused to pay him and he wanted to pass the problem to us / our publishers.

To save time, I'll continue to copy and paste this so everyone knows the facts of why we DON'T reverse on our publishers based on an advertiser's opinion alone, but in every instance we will provide a refund for fraud (proxy / VPN / duplicate IP traffic which we block anyway).

you have ignored the fact he show you evidence of a afflicate showing that the traffic you gave him is fake , so how comes you don't accept that?

the fake traffic got his account ban , there was money left in the afflicate account , he ask you to exsplain why the traffic was fake to the afflicate via email .

Because he didn't post it, where did you see this? Let's review the IPs together and see if they're proxies. I'll be waiting.

Of course, I'd love to work with Hichem again! If it was an issue with our system and duplicate IPs / Fraud came through somehow, I'd give him a refund and fix the exploit. I just can't give a refund for the reason of "quality" and we state that everywhere from our guides to our TOS. I wish I could give refunds for this reason, but what do you do when someone runs a campaign that you would never run yourself? What does Facebook / Adwords do when someone advertises a local meat shop to vegetarians and they get 0 results? Do you think they provide the client with a refund when they blame "quality"? What do I do when someone advertises an un-optimized co-reg offer and they don't get results from our publishers, do I tell my publishers it's their fault and reverse on them? I believe the fair approach is telling advertisers to test first so this doesn't happen in the first place. That's why it's only $50 to advertise, and only a minimum of $10, and why we'll refund the $40 if it doesn't work out...

IP adresses and proofs are already on my previous posts , I'll not spend my life sending them again , it's not only one client that reversed the leads and they are high brands like Zynga which are very honest people , and as per my screenshots below I kept saying that your traffic is bad and you gave irrational reasons , and we work with our clients since more than 4 years , a client would never reverse on leads if he is profiting from them , he will just keep asking for more volume of traffic , otherwise it's just stupid . I gave you all proofs of proxies and fraud and I'm not the only one here claiming about your garbage traffic so stop saying that client stole money from us and that you are an angel who don't want to take money from your pubs , everyone here is getting banned from their CPA networks because your BAD Traffic , so we cannot be all wrong , and you said you block proxies unless on CPA , and my compaign was on CPA Basis , you block proxies from CPC maybe , but not from CPA , during the whole year as you can see I was only running on CPC , yes , traffic was incentive even if I disabled the incentive option and it gave 0% retention rate but it wasn't fraud , but yes , FRAUD happens on your CPA compaigns and you need to accept it , I'll not give up on that case until I get my right from you , because you are such a rude and impolite guy who blocked me twice from Skype while I was just asking to pay off my balance.

Yes I did see your report and it was for campaign name: Get $1000 in Bitcoin - One Field - INCENT, Get a $100 Walmart Gift Card - One Field - INCENT, and Get a $1000 Visa Card - One Field, not a Zynga offer nor have you ever complained about any traffic we ever sent you to a Zynga offer (I also don't recall you running a Zynga offer). You also told everyone that you didn't want incent traffic, yet your campaigns are incentive and I would imagine you opted into our incentive traffic. I don't see why you would want to send non-incentive traffic to an incentive offer.

You didn't provide proof in your previous posts, I think everyone can see that, and we blocked you on Skype after you continued to threaten us after we gave you a refund of your remaining balance.

Please provide us the proof of proxies, and with your permission, I'll provide everyone the records we have on our side for these campaigns. Again, we block proxy traffic and we block duplicate IPs, if we didn't, you wouldn't have worked with us for a full year without a complaint.

I HAVE RAN MANY ZYNGA OFFERS and all were paused after sending 50 leads due to client request ( WORDS WITH FRIENDS , BUNNY POP ... ) the client got 0% retention rate , he said he never saw such a low rate even with incentivized traffic.

In fact , it's very simple , I call all readers here , to go and run any cpa offer on CPALead and send more than 150 / 200 leads and check whether your affiliate account will be banned or not , I WILL not argue more with such an irrational , rude , liar and impolite person , you don't deserve the position of a CEO of that company , proof of blocking me from skype after kindly asking to pay the remaining balance are attached below , as well as my CONTINUOS complaints about traffic , and how THE FOUNDER TROY was always so scared when I talk about quality , because he knows he is sending garbage traffic.

I have been a media buyer since 2009 , do you think I can claim fraud without technical proof ??? As I said I have already followed the full proof to PayPal compliance team and to CPALEAD , Tracking platforms don't provide with anti-fraud system , but services like Forensiq DOES. You can find attached below , screenshots from Forensiq , with a SCORE 0 means NO FRAUD , SCORE between 2-3 is FRAUD ,
the screenshots is just a part of the report , as they were more than 900 conversions , I cannot screenshot them all , and as I already said , you can go and run compaign on cpalead.com and update this conversation with feedback from your network or client , I'm not here to spend my energy and time to just complain about something I'm not sure about it !

You keep lying even after sending screenshots , on my previous posts , I have attached more than 7 screenshots , How I was complaining about hte traffic and looking for refunds for more than 4 months and how you blocked me because I wanted to pay off my balance for personal reason.
