Just received my reports. They are detailed with all the logins. There are snapshots along with TF/RD data of the PBNs (no URLs giving which I'm glad to protect network privacy). There's even a snapshot of the indexing schedule.

Very professional and feel lucky I got the three orders on an early bird discount. Good communication and pays attention to the details. It's too early to tell of SERP improvement, but keywords across all 3 sites already dancing so that's a good sign that all KWs will see improvement.
