can someone tell me if I do something wrong low engagement

I have 30k followers from follow/un and I get in the first 24 of posting a new picture, only around 300 liks, if it's very good post, I get maybe 400 but no more then that. I am very active and I give a lot of likes and comments to other.

1.what amI doing wrong?
2. why when I stop follow/un I have very low engagement and people only unfollow maybe 10 follow me a day

Most of the time with the follow/unfollow method you are just following & interacting with bots.

It is a false sense of success.

1. Either abandon the account
2. Try and sell it (gl)
3. Buy likes/comments to appear at the top of certain hastags/explore tab to gain real followers

Truth, but followers count is not that important whats more important is engagement, more engagement = more people will start to see ur post = more new followers = more engagement.

Ghost followers kill ur enagegement.. Google it and read about it.

Otherwise, you can try using other search criteria when following, to hit other spots that may have legit people, etc. Or maybe the post isn't attractive or something - try posting something that seems viral?

This has been a problem for me on 2 accounts for over a year.
Its not ghost followers, its not bad content, it really is a thing.
IG will do something to limit your reach.
Like the ghost ban, it's existence was doubted at first... but more people are aware of it. I havent found a solution yet.

Seems like the quality of your follower is ****. Try to comment real things on people who share the same content as you. ask real question. get them to come to your profile. try to like at least 100 post \ an hour and comment 25 post \ hour do that for 10-12 hours a day and i'm sure youll get results . linking 100 photos take what ? 2 minutes, commenting 25 post take what 8 minutes ? you're good buddy. try this

Buying followers usually will mess up an account that young if you only have 2k followers to begin with. I do follow/unfollow on this account but I max out to 7.5k until i unfollow. I actually just made this one profile not long ago and the engagement is very high because it's extremely easy targeting my audience for my niche.

I'd suggest looking on here for a program that finds ghost followers and block them all to recover your users. A lot of people will say maybe burn the account and start over because you bought that 1k pack of followers but it's up to you.

thanks but I don't think that's the case because I have another account with 12k and I didn't bought any followers and the engagement is also low only follow/un

One of the services I offer to clients is to track their competitors accounts and how the client account matches up. A lot of other accounts I track, which I know don't use bots or anything black hat, are struggling with engagement. One in particular that has 30K followers is getting about 700 likes per post whereas they used to get 2,000+ likes per post (fashion blogger with great photography and interesting content).
