Earning Bitcoin with affiliate marketing?

Hey, I'm interested into affiliate marketing and saw the rise of bitcoin lately. Now I know its speculatuion and risky etc. but I thought why not give it a try?
So I was thinking of combining it with something I wanted to try anyways. My Question:
Do you know any affiliate program, which allows cashing out your revenue in bitcoin. AND its should have a high comission rate (preferrably like clickbank at around 60-80%).

Since I'm a student I dont have a credit card and honestly I dont want to have to deal with online banking or similar stuff. I dont know too much about how and where to buy it by myself. And I guess it would be just fun!

Big networks offer lots of payment options. I'm with AdCombo and Maxbounty and they both offer BTC payments.

As for you commission percentage request; this is unimportant. What you want is a good return on your investment. Who cares if the advertiser is giving you 80% if the offer doesn't convert.
