The best tool for finding expired domains

There are plenty of option available like - Domcop, DHG, Scrapebox etc. I tried all and had a mixed experience. But its time consuming now. For now my best tools to find expired domain is @Nargil. This specific tool is just insane and time savior. Just a personal recommendation nothing else. Also @710fla point out a great option but again it all ask is time.

I always using XeNU and premium catalogs with websites. Result of XeNU work export to excel file and filter by reposne (no such a host = propably free domain). Then paste all domains in majestic and check TF/CF.

First of all why I'm asking. I'm looking for tool which will suite me in domain flipping.

I tried DHG for searching domain auctions. That was pretty good and I though about buying the software but thanks to this thread I discovered Register Compass which is half price and looks more complex.

I already have Scrapebox so I'll try their EDF plugin also because it's one time payment.

I'll cover my experience in some thread soon.

Just for the record RC is not far more complex than DHG, it is not even close. People may prefer it for one reason or another but the featureset of alternatives do not compare to DHG.

For example the entire library of expired domains in RC is less than 3 million, the DB of expired domains in Easy Expired Domains (comes as part of the DHG Pro subscription) has a DB of more than 14 million domains. No complicated setup, proxies or any 3rd party services whatsoever are required to find these domains so it is very comparable to online services that rely on a DB of domains. On top of this you get class leading expired domain scraper with multiple features not included in alternatives, stats included, spam checker included and reverse domain crawling without need for 3rd party services.

I could go on but I would just look like an over-protective parent, suffice to say there is a reason for the price of DHG. You get what you pay for, as they say.
