Some links were over delivered and quality of links were good as randomly checked by me. TAT was 25-26 days and overall work was completed to high standard. First of all, I would like to clarify that I was part of reviewing this service.
So let's come to the point, I got my report last night, and it consists of handmade web 2.0, documents sharing (where op created few ppt and pdf for me), edu backlinks (Korean, Japenese were mix, but maximum were english sites).
Rest report consists of steps elaborated in an infographic.
1. Links were handmade rather than using some software.
2. The content was spunned, but they were passed as unique.
3. URL selection had nice metrics regarding DA PA CF TF etc.
4. Regarding SERP Movement, I gave one low-medium competition keyword, but it will be too early to comment on SERP Movement as I got reports just 12 hours earlier.
But after looking at the potential of this service, I am sure it will help me to improve SERP.
Overall, I suggest this service if you want to boost your SERP but please make sure the content is SPUN.

@OP, if you would use manual handwritten content then I am sure this service will be in top 15 list of our forum.

I got a review copy in exchange for a review.

As pretty much everyone else has stated, the content on all links has been spun.
-web 2.0's come with randomized themes but the article on all of my 5 sites was the same, which is quite odd as they were different on the rest of the links. The web 2.0 article hit 67% on SmallSeoTools' plagiarism checker.
-average DA of the .edu links was a decent 53, some were on foreign sites.
-otherwise the links are just as you'd expect (and there's quite a bunch of them) and similar to plenty of other sellers - nothing too fancy but a nice diversity blast with a sensible use of anchors.

Would recommend as long as you know what you are doing. Personally I've never been hit by using similar link building services but if you want to play it safe you probably don't want these straight on your money site.
