and Also how can I get some coupons codes to start with.

if these are real debit or credit cards then you can use up to 5 accounts with the same single card. If your card is prepaid (paypal, payoneer, skrill etc.) then bing won't accept that card.

How to get coupons ? you need to find promotional links where bing offer coupons. it needs fresh email, whitehat URL, IP, cookies and patience. If you don't have all that you can find reliable seller of the bingads coupons.

Thay doesn't accept prepaid card.. try cc/vcc without prepaid

From my today's chat with Bing support "1 email=1 credit card = 3 accounts = 3 website", or 5 websites in 1 account - it's the maximum.
I'm also interested in VCC, who tried and didn't get ban? for the last month

In my experience bing's own reps know exactly zero about how shit works in their own company. It really is pathetic. I miss the days of having a competant Yahoo rep!

You will find that they are nothing more than a call centre, they are not trained in understanding the rules and policies. Some of the advice that I've been given from them in the past has been genuinely shocking and would had led to permanent suspensions.
