my facebook page is unpublished so i want to publish my page ,,,

Unfortunately, it's near to impossible. I have like 10+ unpublished pages and they never go back to as they were before. You can still keep trying to appeal again and again, it might get published again.

I'm afraid you are right. I got one 10k fans page unpublished, I have no idea what could cause it except the fact that I bought it , and never got it back.
