Any YouTube channels scraper out there?

Hi!

Is there any bot or script that can scrape YouTube channels? Ideally it could also have filters such as amount of subscribers, number of videos uploaded past month etc. If not then how much would this kind of bot cost if I were to let somebody code it for me?
