suggest me Dedi/VPS for streaming

Hey all, i'm looking for a Dedi server / Good VPS for streaming Soccer games etc... My max budget is $50 per month at the start, if things goes well i might upgrade it to $100+/month. I asked some providers here on BHW and on other websites but a lot of them does not allow streaming on their Servers. Does anyone know any providers that allow streaming and have sound card included?

there is VC2 and dedicated instances in Vultr, compare them before you make any purchase
