just sign up on blogspot then start your site. then apply it .. if got approved then purchase domain. or you can puchase domain also

I have been blogging for 2 years now and have also added a shopify store to it. We were 4 when we started blogging, now 3.. and we earn decent amount. Follow these steps:
This is the planning level:
1. Choose your niche. Be clear about what you want to write about Example: My partners and I write about common life issues like home renovation, taking the dog to the doctor, travelling to UK, fighting in marriage and other things related normal day to day life.
2. Who will read it? You need to have a clear understanding of this question. Example: my blog is read by teenagers 20+ and many housewifes... also a handful of newly weds.
3. Once you know point 1 and 2 join social media groups related to your blog topic. FB, Pinterest, insta. Etc. Share in groups when you write something new.
4. Be consistent you need to write everyday trust me on this one. Its not a business that you write once a week. You need to put relevant content everyday. This will ensure your visitors come by everyday for new things and they will bring more new visitors.
5. Blogging is not about SEO even if your blog is about SEO... Its all about the attracting people through your writing and showing them you are worth their time.
6. Make sure you collect emails on your blogs through mailchimp or any other platform. Send them weekly or daily updates on whats new.
7. Add social media sharing options to your blog.
8. You wont see any response for 3 months but then just when you are ready to give up you will see people commenting and talking about your blog. So, the bottom line about blogging is dont stop no matter what.
8. Once you see that you have 50+ regular visitors and same amount of emails. Add a shopify store to the blog.. dont kill the blog by over flooding it. Just a menu tab with the name shop will do.. as I said its not a business its an interest and passion. Your visitors love your passion and thats why they are reading your blog so when you just add a shop page trust me they will find it.
9. Respond and listen to the comments. Never ignore what the readers want to say. I had readers saying small things like can you make the text bigger so I did and guess what I saw a huge boost in readers and social shares.
10. When writing the blog always use you and I. You = the readers and I = yourself. The readers should feel that you are talking to them and not dictating a speech.
11. There is a blog and then a successful blog. Stand out by using wordpress dot com not the org thats my personal opinion. Install google analytics to track user behavior and traffic.

You can simply book a domain name which cost around 3$ only
Book Hosting from anywhere like GoDaddy or Bluehost etc
Install WordPress using auto installer via cPanel
Login to your blog dashboard and install the theme and important plugins configure your theme & plugin.
Take a deep breath and decide your niche (what you can write on)
Create social media profile for traffic and audience reach
Start posting and keep sharing on social media
Monetize your blog with affiliate marketing and Google Adsense
Enjoy your fortune.

Consistency is key when it comes to blogging. Like many have mentioned here find your niche that you can get into and embrace. Once you get into posting regularly and are confident in your blog, dive into the places your readers are hanging out on social media/forums.
Build your reputation up by participating in the community discussion. Don't force your blog into every comment, plug when appropriate. The more you interact, the organic traffic will follow.
