IGR does not click adwords.

IGR does an organic search and click on your result to increase your CTR AND THEN YOUR RANKING.
CTR is, accordiong to Google, the most important user signal. They use it, per example, to check the quality of the results.

It depends on which version of Google you are using to do the search. You can pick any of the available versions (each one for each country).

I have been reading about IGR for some months now but never seem to find actual reviews of it working. I understand the idea behind it.

Can you give me some idea in your testing, for example, how many days and clicks it would take to move a low competition keyword say 500ms from say position 20 to position 5 as a rough guide.

You say you have tested ovet a 1000 keywords so could you give me some idea please of real examples?
