Hey guys, I see many blogs around, and I want to know why people blog.

Kindly share the reason(s) why you blog.

I like to make my monthly income reports so that people know how much imaginary money I have to spend. That's the main reason behind my blog.

My blog it is way of my experiment, and personal guide.
I can forget a lot of information, but if I wrote in the blog, I can find my ideas and results of experiments very fast.

I have a personal blog that i manage and write in chronic diseases niche. i want to help people to manage their chronic disease with natural therapy, ayurvedic and home remedies and supplements.

many of the medications they take for these chronic diseases have side effects like diabetic people take metaformin so in long run you will start to lose your vision, your body starts tingling so basically my blog talks about how to reduce or in many cases stop side effects of these medications and also manage to live a healthy life, living with chronic disease. my blog reaches 40k people per month. it covers over 11 diseases as of now. no plans in monetizing or selling anything here.

so basically people blog for two main reasons : 1) fun thing to do, share their ideas and feelings or talk about what they are passionate about something. 2) make money.

Internet is very unstable. Remember Panoramio.com. I made many photos for this website as I thought they will stay there forever. And now Google is closing it. All blogs, posts and photos you make on free websites like Blogger can be dead in 10-20 years.

IMO mostly two type of people in blogging, one type doing for their passion and other for making money from it.
