Insane instagram engagement. Can’t figure it out.

There’s a tattoo page (@ tattooed.babez) on instagram that has a huge engagement for such niche. He doesn’t use hashtags or stories, so how he gets so much engagement, likes and comments?

EDIT : He actually had 580k+ Followers so engagement is not really that bad.

Aside from the fact that a lot of the images are on a sexy side, I don't see anything super special about it. They probably paid for the engagement.
