Let's face it, whatever they might say, these guys are not selling their courses to be nice. They're doing it because it makes them money. And if their methods were so great at making them tons of cash, why would they want, or need, to share them?
I'm not outright saying that these guys are liars, but think about it critically. A bunch of the guys selling these kinds of courses are basically only making money from selling these courses. And, as pointed out, a lot of the content is rehashed or repackaged from forums like this.

journey to the bhw downloads section & look at the "courses" some people shared. some peoples method to make money is take popular bhw threads, turn them into a pdf, and sell it to amateurs for $9-900 as the next get rich quick tutorial.

Hmmm thank you, what about the free info... people like Becker give out in terms of general mindset?
For example: Just take action, focus on making sales before everything else is perfect, don't try to learn everything about everything, etc.?

read any self help books on the topic, you will notice they all rehash same thing. set goals. set deadlines, take action. formula hasnt changed in 100 years.

Ah ok, so what you are saying is knowing the formula isn't worth anything... until I figure out the process of giving people something they want. And ultimately it is just about trial and error.
Are the gurus just positioning themselves as teachers, when success is self taught in reality?

practice is always worth more than theory
guru's can help, but most position themselves to give bits of free info so they can sell you their premium info, which usually isn't great. depends entirely on you the guy is..lots of worthwhile people in the industry worth listening to, but just as many people selling junk.

@Major_Tso - Here is a concise summary of all the 67 points (steps) in a nice printable format (2 .doc files and one .pdf). It will save you 30-40 hours of the listening to the in-concise fluffy presentation, and give you almost the same benefit if you believe in him and his thought process.
