If you need just one account, use your phone and 3G/4G connection to create it through FB app. They're less strict with these accounts.
If you need more accounts, I would recommend you to buy aged accounts instead of creating new ones.

Why you are getting banned?

First make phone verified account. Use Different proxy for each account. Don't use any copy image.

Buy aged accounts if possible! They are less likely to be banned. If only there was a source for 5 year old or more accounts, lol!
