Yes you can try paypal limits removing services, Here in BHW SecondEye provides that kind of services, you must try if you have a large amount of dollars in your paypal or want to open your account.

Yeah I have high balance there. The problem is that Paypal asks me for Usa bank while I am not from Usa

No actually nothing is from Usa, but since I made the paypal business it allowed me only Usa bank account for withdrawal.
I tried with payoneer but it didn't work.

I don't even now the reason why the limited.
I didn't login there for about 2 days, till today when I saw it.

Then call to pp customer service people and ask them what they required before calling upload all valid proof as per requirement, so they can check while on call and remove that limitations.

They are asking for shipping number the fuckers.

I didn't sell shirts, I sold guest posts and they do not have shipping number, till now...

Shipping number put date of the transaction. Like today's date as 3182017 is your tracking number and how you supplied.. use others as an option. And write through email.

I am afraid that I won't be able to get back this account even though I have some good bucks there.
