Yes it works any any language with latin letters. Meaning letters like the ones I am writing in now.

Of course it won't work in arabic, korean, chinese etc.

Everything works fine. Some people don't get ranked since sometimes they order for very high comp keywords and expect to rank within a few days which is of course not working like that. Normally we rank really fast for most keywords. It's just as any other SEO service out there. It's never 100%.
