How do people still have access to massplanner?

So from what I know Massplanner was permanently shut down from IG but I still keep hearing that people are still using it and its so confusing.

How?

It's like whatever time you had left when they stopped it.. you can use it for that much time.

for eg, i had mass planner and i had 5 months left when they stopped it so i was able to use it for 5 months even though it was discontinued.

If you continued your subscription after they stopped their service few months ago, you can still have the access to their service. But their pricing for their service went up.
