I bought a wp theme with mass movie importer by year or title and auto embed already built into each movie post. Pretty cheap too. But I was wondering when using popads and ad-center getting paid via PayPal. Is that safe?

Okay after reading all the replies and the whole thread. 1) Haven't seen several people reporting profits. 2) Many say thanks for the post will give a try but never to return with reports on their journeys. 3) Many are afraid about legal issues. offshoreracks maybe a solution for that. 4) As you'll probably know, vidsourceapi has been taken down so there must be an alternative to that. 5) It is a mid-term proyect and will demand effort for noobs, specially when it comes to anonimity. 6) As any other method on here, take the best of this and use your own twist. 7) If you do not get aproved by any advertising network, this is useless. 8) Build your audience and grow it, then figure out to sell merchandise or some sort of product as to take most revenues and not to depend on external networks. 9) Probably DCMA or authorities will read this forum as well so just use cautious. 10) All magnificent efforts will drive same alike results. Ways to avoid legal issues:
1. Find a domain hosting service which ignores DMCA reports ( they're out there )
2. Use a computer which is solely used for risky projects ( or VM )
3. Buy a legit VPN
4. Buy and accept using cryptocurrency only
5. Virtual CC with stealth paypal
6. Disposable / temp Email services ( and/or phone ) for verification
7. Tails OS

Just a quick list that may help some people out.

For all you guys going on about legal issues, I don't see the problem. Unless I've got it wrong, OP is embedding 'trailers' from imdb. There isn't anything wrong/copyright with embedding trailers. If anything, it's free advertising for the movie developers. Virtually every movie review site will embed trailers in their posts.

Stealing content from other movie review sites is another thing though. And I'm not sure the legalities of ad-center, or whether its actually legit or not as a company.

How can you deal with copyright issue? Can you explaian it detailed for how to deal with that issue?
I also want to start movie site but most of all copyright problem is most concerning.

you can receive several ones, from google mainly thru a 3rd party company, just delete the video, others from the server where you upload the videos, same remove the video, of course you need to have nothing that reconnect you to the website....

Someone in my country got caught doing this and got a $25k fine. be careful to where you exactly post your links (he got traced because of his paypal could be linked to his bank)

Which country? Am from Nigeria , Africa I don't think it will happen here.
