Quality and relevance - 9/10 (the guys are scraping blogger blogs, but they are registered on their own domains, so indeed the comments are on very niche related domains)
Execution and diversification - 8/10 (i would suggest to comment from more than a single account; perhaps up to 10 comments from a single account and then use another one)
Comments quality - 5/10 (there is a room for improvements here. The guys are directly using fragments from niche related articles. It's better to take a look at the website and come up with one big spun comment and produce the variations out of it.)
Price - 10/10 (keeping into account the quality and TAT you get, the price is perfect, but still making the necessary improvements is very advisable)
