How much do you spend on tier 2/3/4 links

How much do you spend on tier 2/3/4 links like web2.0, articles, profiles etc. ?

How much do you spend on updating web 2.0 properties with content?

I working with a site with about 15 pages that needs to rank, they have over 150 web 2.0s as tier 1 in total, updateing all of them with just one article each quickly ads up, the same when it comes to tiers building.

Would you update all of them or just few for each page?

T1 is pretty expensive based on some of my recent tactics, so it has been probably +75% of my SEO budget. If you combine T1 and T2 though it is more like +95%, as I don't do a shit ton of spam blasting to my T2. Also the types of links that go out there are MUCH cheaper links compared to T1 or even T2. IMHO if you are running a long term money site you don't want a long trail of tens of thousands of spam links even on your T3. Those days are behind us.

For the tiers I have GSA so all my tiered link building is done automatically.

As for updating your web 2.0s you should schedule posts when you first create them to avoid having to go back in and update them.

There's no point in wasting money on this. For the money you would spend on tier blasting, you could rather get a decent tier 1 link that does not need any blasting at all.

I rarely buy content for T1. I use big search content and spin rewriter which work pretty decent for me.Both of them purchased for one time fee years ago and guess they are not available with lifetime anymore. So no future cost for t1s

I do randomly.No soon nor late.

BTW 150 web 2.0s mean pretty huge. Guess it's a med - high market. I would mix it with few pbns instead building 100s

What about client projects or project that you want to keep as safe as possible? Because desent tier 1 links cost say from 100$ per link( for example guest posts), while one could build 10 manual hq web20's for 50$ and blast them with 100 PBNs(200$-500$) and 100 web20 + 2 tiers (100$) so it sums up to total of ~450$ for 10 web web2.0s with ok authority. Instead of 2-4 guest posts. What's your opinion on comparing it like that? It's kinda sketchy spending so much on properties you don't even own, however it gives more links, more anchors to play with as well as more content that links to money site.

My thoughts...If you are going to use PBNs or guest post of course there is not big impact with tiered link building. Even that it still helps to maintain PBN authority. I do a drip feed campaign to avoid degrades.It even helps to more shine your domain trust and authority.

The idea behind is and what i believe when backlinks dead (happens it gradually )it starts to degrade and as the result lower ranking or instability. We can reduce that with tiered link building.

But for some including me who ranks using free platforms like web2.0s ,articles ,forums and avoid pbns as much as possible one of effective strategy is tiered linking with few tiers. With my experience low tier helps to pass link juice to one by one and it index fast. Nowadays it's hard to index google without tiers unless.(specially web 2.os impossible index without KS)

I have used only few PBN links for 1 project.

There are recently released nice article regarding how effective lower tiers by Ahres. It describes and impressive.

It depends upon how many sites one maintains. But better and more cost effective to focus upon good quality tier 1 links that do not require upper tiers.

With link building, theres no work at all.Once setup you are ready to rock.With SCM few clicks of button you can load up all the details and run the project. No, i don't buy links myself. I work full time while smoking all the day long.I like to test. Currently, i have 73 ongoing tests and i do this all time before apply to my money sites. So it's pretty worth for me.

I am pretty serious about link building.May be i am having panic attacks LOL

I don't use guest posts or pbns. I really don't think it's worth my time and money. Just running 3 tiers campaign and i expense nothing extra just my proxies and vps. That's all.
