Account Disable by Instagram

-I Have one Instagram (Gun page)
-few days ago Instagram disable my account without any reason
-My account growth is manually . I did't use any bot but still instagram disable my account
-then I Complain them ask them why you are disable my account
then after few hours I got mail from Instagram

Question is

1. why my account disable??
2. them who can disable my account ?? (They disable account Manually or automatic Disable by system )
3. last question I know something I doing wrong that's why my account was disable (I follow daily 1000 people manually . Instagram lots of time block me for following people)

Instagram stated it was a mistake, so I guess one of their algorithms banned you automatically.

Both, but most of the times it's automatic.

Maybe their algorithms detected you as a bot and hence banned you, it's hard to tell for sure.
