Hi, im looking for a person who creates a bot to publish photos in instagram from a folder on windows. The program would know the photo that it has published and would not publish it again. The bot must publish the photo with the same description and at the time that I specify.
Finally, the bot must be able to work with multiple accounts, or it can run in multiple instances.

(optional: proxy support)
