I'm already done with all the CPA networks, the revenues are not constant, we have to depend upon upcoming offers. I was working with CPA long back and shifted to content network (Viralaux, mylikes). They are paying me well and a constant revenue source with not any dependency. However all the best with your new network.

Maybe you should have a better & steady traffic source. Have you ever tried email marketing ? Some of the top earning affiliates I know (in and outside our cpa network) use email marketing.
Email marketing is huge.

Well, pop up traffic is very low quality. The sites that use that kind of monetization method are freebie websites(warez,movies,illegal contetn etc.) attracting freebie seekers.
In the rare case that you have some decent traffic we might give it a try if it is proven to convert.

how it goes with Mylikes? you need to have a Fb page with decent amount of followers, right? Ive heard couple of times that it works well but never tried it
