I was just wondering is it possible for you to make a bot in which it can follow people on instagram log out and go into another and repeat? all by it self?

What you're asking about can be done with simple imacro script. However, this way you will be logging in to multiple accounts through same IP address, same browser, device... which can be dangerous.

Maybe it's better to look for some advanced IG bot with proxy support that uses API to execute actions.
