Protect Myself From Getting Sued

1. Move to another country like China or Russia, at least for registration process.
2. Use fake info in domains.
3. Use fake info in your payment system and 1st credit/debit card and bank account. I'm pretty sure this service is available in Eastern Europe.
4. Don't connect to your control panel/server without private VPN.

Don't they send a cease and desist letter first before suing you? So, you can stop when u receive the letter and prevent a case.

And how are you withdrawing your money genius if everything is fake? Lol... Also, I'm located in Eastern Europe and even though the corruption level here is significantly higher than other places, there is no "service" available in banks that will let you put fake info in your account and get away with it. So stop talking shit!

Who told about services in banks?
You will easily find another real person to register PayPal/bank account/debit card/sim card for small money. So think twice before talking.

Upd. In some countries you are able to buy real passport for another name.
So, if you need you can easily divide yourself into two persons with different names and real passports :)

And then when that person is faced with legal charges, thousands of $$ in fines and possible jail time (in 99% of cases, jail time would never happen for real for this kind of thing, but it's pretty good as threats go), do you really think he would not give you up? Especially since he was paid "small" money to do it? Do you think he would literally risk his life for you? Yeah, he won't, even if he was paid "big" amount of money to do it. You couldn't trust your best friend with this kind of endeavor and you are trusting some random person on the streets  So, think 3 times before talking!

And dude, really? We are talking about providing social services here, there is nothing illegal with that - sure as BTB said, it might be a civil offense, but not a criminal one. And here you are, talking about different names and having multiple passports. The OP is not looking to become a CIA contractor, nor is he a criminal looking to hide with different identities. People that buy real passports with other names don't then use those passports/names to get "in the radar" by opening bank accounts and selling social services in mass to thousands of people - they disappear off the grid in 3rd world countries.

Being an American or not does not matter when you have a giant like FB suing you. MP's owners were from Romania and that didn't stop FB/IG from shutting it down.
What's MP and did they get sued? If so on why?

Thousands of $$ in fines in country like Ukraine?
OMG, be realistic.
Also it depends on legislation of each country. You should know that all of them have different legislation.

Actually, you will find a debit card+sim card package for 30-50 bucks on any hacker/carders forums.
For $500+ you will find a company with a bank account.

So what they got shut down lol

Follow the conversation dude, you asked me above about it.

I give up, if the OP is comfortable then to go to Ukraine or pay someone online to handle the most sensitive information there exists in a company (the financial one), then so be it.

Okay, first I know this thread is old but let's just say I'm in the same position with the thread starter.

I started selling social media services around 1 year and a half ago (IG, YT). It grew quite well, and I thought of expansion.
But, after reading FB can sue you (https://www.businessinsider.com/fac...ake-likes-followers-views-on-instagram-2019-4)
and https://www.theverge.com/2019/3/4/1...gram-lawsuit-china-fake-account-like-follower

I got really confused, should I expand or pivot to something else? I make around $800-$1000/month selling social media services.

And, no I'm not thinking of money laundering and all that shit, too illegal and too much work $800-$1000/month.

Any ideas? I'm thinking pivoting to sell trial account (ahrefs, cognitive seo, moz pro, alexa, etc) but I'm afraid I will get sued too. LOL
