I have a domain registered through espace2001.com
Now I need to move this domain to another provider but If I ask EPP code I get this:
The EPP Code request was successful! It has been sent to the registrant email address for your domain.

Of course I didn't get any code on my email and if I check the email history on their cms I didn't get any code.

I asked to support 18 days ago but still no answer. When months ago I asked support about help to move that domain on their provider, I get answer within a couple of hours.

Now I don't know what to do, I paid 150$ this domain

Probably just kiss it goodbye

That's what you get for using useless Registrars.

I've recently had an issue with Enom, where domain became literally nontransferable because of some weird Icann records and entire Enom support team was clueless about why this happened. They just told me that they have no idea what to do and that I simply can't transfer the domain out of Enom. Amazing.

Stick with Namesilo, Namecheap, Dynadot, Hover, Namebright. Unless you have 1000 site PBN, these registrars must suffice.

Is there a possibility that your email service is blocking the email from them?

Maybe switch the email address in your account and try again but like @Nargil stated, going forward don't use registrars like that.

Nope, the cms they use actually have a feature that allow you to see all the email their system sent to you... and there is no email related to the code... they sent me nothing
