You can do it a few ways. Inlcuding posting a super high quality blog/ article onsites like hubpages, over-blog etc. Then post a few links in related to that topic. Then get some social signals to that specific post/ blog. If it sticks for a week or so start blasting links to that article/ blog. This is based on t0mmy's parasite sites

Use long tail keywords and repeat it every 100 words. Minimize your content into 700+ but not more than 1000.
