I understand when we upload a video, and if it passes Youtube's automated checking system, we're good, but when trying to monetize and applying for adsense, is it the same as well, or do you think there will be an adsene rep that will actually view the video and say we're breaking the terms & condition etc...?

No it never happened to me. As soon as Youtube doesn't block my video for copyright strikes, I can monetize it immediately. Google Adsense doesn't do any scan or anything to check what your video contains. Once you pass Youtube, you're clear

The second method has been used by some channel owners in my country, mostly streaming soccer matches or TV shows, just like yours. However, one thing I have been wondering is that: will AdSense ban your account when YouTube finds out and takes down the copyrighted videos?

No. I don't think so! 8 years of experience with youtube and google adsense I got only one account banned and that was because I tried to click my ads with proxies. That was 6 years ago. The only way you're getting problems is if someone strikes your video down and you get 1 out of 3 copyright strikes. Even if your channel gets permanently deleted I don't think it will affect Google Adsense. They're different platform.

Yes it doesn't, there are some who complain but I got 5,000 subscribers in one month. So it's a good deal. You can find backgrounds on youtube just type: non copyrighted sparkles or non copyrighted overlays and will have a bunch of those.

I don't use fake names. I can't get money if I do. I use my real name and didn't get banned from these methods. I guess there's no win without risking!

Just don't quit! Some videos have stronger policies and will get your video down anyways. You just have to find the way. Try these methods and let me know if you need more help.

Sony Vegas or adobe premiere. They're both good. I prefer Vegas is way easier to learn than any other software.
