[HELP] Do I need a license to use Shutterstock lmages?

Hello BHW,
I was recently given order to create logo for a friend to use in his new blog, the logo which I have designed was not good for him so he told me design it once again, and I just downloaded a cool logo from shutterstock using shutterstock downloader and changed it's color and I showed it to him he really liked it.

But before I give it to him, if he uses that logo in his blog, does he get copyright problem?

If you have changed the color and made other changes then probably you wont have copyright issues i am not sure about that but 80% chance is there that you wont face issue.

Yeah I've done that it was in gradient color I changed it to black and white
and also changed it's shape

you can try google images having reuse labels too

You need to be able to prove you bought or have legal right to use their images. I'd double check to see the rights for the image in terms of altering it.

Last thing you want is a legal letter coming and a claim on earnings / royalties etc.
