Yes its all ready to go. What we do is that we set up the full campaign for you and it will already have impressions. We will give you what info to fill out, keywords etc. Then we give you the full account to manager. But we highly suggest you mainly change the budgets etc and not the campaign itself since Google is very finnicky and they ban very quickly so have to play it safe.
1. For Google adwords please see above post and it's U.S account. For Bing, its worldwide use.
2. They are created fresh with Impressions
3. Access is via remote desktop to a VPS.
4. Payment methods are VCC just like anyone else selling these accounts.

This comes with a VPS so you just log in using remote desktop and add a campaign. Card and coupon are all setup for you.

Not doing much Bing these days as after their last update many sites were getting banned. Have U.S and Canadian Adwords account however.
