has CB stopped registering new users

I'm from morocco and i tried to register in CB But at the end of the registration they have displayed this msg to me :

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an account at this time. Regrettably, we are unable to make any exceptions.
what can i do

I guess Morocco is not on the list of supported countries. Someone started a thread a while back with the same issue and he's also from Morocco.

Edit: Maybe not, because i found a supported country list, where Morocco is there, although it's an old list. Contact their support.

They will contact you it just takes a while. There might be a chance your IP is flagged, happened to me once and they fixed it.

You can contact them to whitelist your email, depending on your country they are restricting new accounts on some countries
